Frank Ocean and Om'Mas Keith have dropped their lawsuits surrounding the 'Blonde' album.
Long-time producer Om'Mas Keith brought a suit in February 2018 alleging that he deserved co-write credits on the release.
For his part Frank Ocean counter-sued, and alleged that the producer was given a flat fee for the record.
The legal debate dragged on, but Pitchfork has now confirmed that the two parties have settled out of court for a "negotiated settlement executed by them".
According to documents seen by the title, both Frank Ocean and Om'Mas Keith will pay their own legal fees.
Frank Ocean has not commented on the news.
